Who We Are

Brian Curee is the founder of Killer Bee Marketing and has been helping businesses grow with marketing strategies and services since 2010. His experience spans marketing leadership, brand messaging, graphic design, web development, and digital content creation.

Before launching KBM full-time, Brian directed marketing strategies and digital content creation for a large-market radio station in Cincinnati. During that time, he completed Donald Miller’s StoryBrand Marketing Roadmap, an experience that reshaped how he approached messaging. He learned how to position businesses within their customers' stories, making their message clearer and more compelling. That same approach still guides his work today as he helps business owners, nonprofits, and teams communicate purposefully and build strategies that connect.

In 2021, Brian also attended Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership Master Series and joined the Elite membership program for two years. That experience deepened his commitment to values-driven leadership and gave him practical tools to help businesses grow with clarity, accountability, and purpose.

Now based in Vero Beach, Brian, his wife Shawna, and their son Ashton also produce and host the Vero Beach Podcast—a project created to connect with their neighbors and support local businesses. It’s one way they’re giving back to the community they now call home, while continuing to provide marketing strategy and services as their core focus.

As a family-owned business, Killer Bee Marketing stays small by design, but we collaborate with a trusted team of contractors and creatives who help bring each project to life. That keeps our work personal, flexible, and tailored to what each client needs, and that’s what we love.
