How Our Virtual Office Hours Work
Our Virtual Office is designed to make connecting more personal — wherever you are.
Current clients receive a private link to drop in during Virtual Office Hours for quick chats, questions, or idea-sharing between sessions.
New clients will experience the space firsthand during Discovery Calls.
Special Venues: You’ll also find The Exchange Hall, our immersive stage for live workshops and speaker sessions, and The Buzz Table, a monthly meetup where entrepreneurs share wins, challenges, and ideas together.
If you’d like to join a future workshop or meetup, simply click “Join the Buzz” to request an invite.
Public Office Hours:
🆕 COMING JANUARY 2026
Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 1–4 PM (EST)
Fridays, 10 AM–1 PM (EST)
Drop in to say hello, ask a question, or explore how we’re rethinking connection through immersive technology.
ℹ️ When you drop by during Public Office Hours, you’ll land in our virtual lobby first — we’ll be with you as soon as a team member is available.
Why We Chose Katmai
The KBM team works entirely remote, with members and contractors spreading across different states (and even countries). While remote gives us flexibility, it also brings a challenge: how do we build stronger connections when we’re not in the same place?
Not having a physical office has always made it harder to create a shared space where our team and our clients can easily drop by, brainstorm, or say hello. Some of our clients are also outside the U.S., which makes connections even more challenging.
That’s where Katmai comes in.
Instead of asking whether teams should work from home or in an office, Katmai reframes the question: Do we start apart, or do we start together?
Katmai is a virtual workspace built for connection, not just communication. As Katmai’s CEO, Erik Braund, says:
“Zoom and Teams were built for meetings. Katmai was built for connection.”
At Killer Bee Marketing, we’re always exploring ways to strengthen relationships with our team and the clients we serve. Katmai gives us a new way to step out of the box (and off the screen) to make those connections feel more real, spontaneous, and personal again. You can learn more about why we chose Katmai on our blog "Do We Start Apart or Together? How a Simple Hello Sparked KBM’s Virtual Office."
